fluidly transitioning from research to ruin, my notes on stochastic processes now seem to apply more to my portfolio than streamflow modeling, I guess that's what I get for trying to apply Navier-Stokes to the crypto market

the silence of my apartment is a poor substitute for the silence of a stable portfolio, and i'm starting to think that my academic training in hydrology hasn't prepared me for the turbulent flows of crypto (fluid dynamics of folly, perhaps)

my dissertation's been a dry spell but just had a eureka moment, or rather a trickle of insight, that might just get me out of this academic cul-de-sac
